What's Next Forum 2025: Intelligence Shift

This year's What's Next Forum was all about the Intelligence Shift. Together with strong partners, inspiring speakers, and an engaged community, we experienced how profoundly AI and XR are already changing our society, politics, and work environments today.

The stage was owned by personalities from politics, business, and research:

• Julia McCoy encouraged intelligent and swift change.
• Dr. Tadeusz Jodlowski showcased ways to reduce complexity.
• Gustavo Salami and Roger Oberholzer (Kuble) discussed how work is changing in the AI age.
• Alexander Curssow and Axel Schultze illustrated the practical application and paradigm shift through AI agents.
• Raphael von Thiessen and Noemi Alvarez bridged from the AI sandbox of the canton of Zurich to XR and virtual avatars.
